Hello and thank you for considering North Light Photo Studio for your photo and video rental needs! If you are interested in booking the studio for a shoot please email us or DM the studio on our social media pages (links below) and let us know the following info:

  • What are you wanting to use the studio for? Type of photography or video shoot.

  • Dates and times you are interested in booking the studio? (Be as specific as you can)

  • Any special requirements for you to have a successful shoot at the studio? We can help! Need tables and chairs, makeup artist or a wardrobe stylist? What about studio lighting?

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the studio space. You may pay using cash, check, PayPal or Cash app. Your remaining balance plus any extra hours is due at the end of your shoot day / rental period. If you need to cancel your rental, we may credit it for a future date (at our discretion) up to 3 months out from original rental period if the new date is available. It is not our responsibility to provide a new date to you or your clients. If canceling is less than 24 hours notice prior to original booking, no future credit will be applied and a new 50% deposit is required to hold your new shoot / rental period.

  • Please provide your business info so we can match it with your rental request. Include: Business name, contact name, phone number and a website or IG portfolio link.

Note: The studio is available to rent 7 days a week. When contacting us about possible shoots please don’t ask us “Whats available?” as you have 30+ days to select from and the studio isn’t normally booked out the entire month. Weekends are more popular and weekdays are normally very open. We will work with you to find the best date and times available that work for you and your clients needs. If you have any questions or would like to take a studio tour please ask us!
